Why:
We’re Jason and Yvonne, founders of DUTCH-ENGELS. We’ve both worked at board level within organisations as well as consulting firms. We believe - like many other company founders before us - that to improve on what we felt was the current status quo we had to make it happen. Combining our experience on both the client and consulting sides gave us insight into the positive and negative experiences on both sides of a contract.
We felt offering a different approach to consulting would deliver the value - and more importantly results - required in an ever evolving, fast moving, global business environment.

Co-Founder
A creative analytical change and leadership professional with a 19 year career in the insurance market preceded by 10 years in IT consulting. Extensive insurance knowledge acquired at Lloyd’s Managing Agencies and the Corporation, including Programme Director, CRO, COO and CEO experience.
A highly respected board level executive in the City of London. Yvonne was interim CEO of Charles Taylor Managing Agency (CTMA), operating in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market, following her position as interim COO and external Strategic Advisor. Prior to CTMA Yvonne held a Board position at Asta Managing Agency as Chief Risk Officer and during her insurance career has supported firms such as the Lloyd’s Corporation, Kiln PLC, Amlin PLC, Barbican Insurance and Beazley plc. Her insurance career was preceded by an extensive career in consulting outside of the insurance industry.

Co-Founder
A creative and entrepreneurial innovation leadership professional with a 20 year career in the innovation, brand and startup arena. Extensive insight acquired working inside the worlds most respected agencies. Jason has held positions including CD, Partnership Director, Development Director and CEO.
Highly respected by clients, Jason is a board level executive who’s worked with clients across the globe including Unilever, Nestle, and PepsiCo.
Before establishing DUTCH ENGELS consulting with his business partner, Jason was the Partnership Director for one of the UK’s most respected brand, innovation and product consulting firms, the world-renowned, SeymourPowell, following his position as Business Development Director at 1HQ. Prior to 1HQ he held a board position at TBT a key marketing partner to IBM and a number of tech multinationals. A 20-year career embedded in the design, creative and marketing industry both design side and client facing was preceded by board positions in publishing and the .com start-up world.
